Gone but never forgotten

These pages are dedicated to the wonderful dogs who we lived with, loved and sadly lost. They were either bred or owned by us, or both. Each and every one of these dogs has touched our hearts and left an empty hole in our lives that is reserved for their memories. We will always miss them and remember them with love. It is a cruel and sad fact that our beloved dogs will live shorter lives than us and we will have to suffer the pain of losing them. We live each day with our dogs with this thought in mind and treasure every second that we have with them. In the empty space that is left behind we will keep the memories of our dogs that have made them so special. We will grieve for them forever but gradually, as time goes by, that grief is also filled up with thoughts of all the special times we had with them, all the funny little things they did, all the naughty things that should have made us cross but often made us laugh at their mischief making. We know that they are all playing together now, free from pain and the constraints that may have come with age or illness. We know that one day they will again run to greet us with tails wagging furiously at the pure joy of their love for us. Until then we will think fondly of them every day and keep them alive in our hearts.
